LevBet Competition of Skill in mock Sports Betting Derivatives trading:

• ELIGIBILITY
• 1. LevBet Ltd (Company Number 8780082), being a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales ("LevBet") will run a competition between 00:00 GMT on 7 September 2014 to 23:59 GMT on 30 November 2014 concerning the mock trade of sports betting derivatives ("Competition").
• 2. Only registered users of levbet.net are eligible to participate in the Competition having indicated their preference to participate in the Competition ("Participants").
• 3. LevBet may refuse any person from participating in all or part of the Competition, in its absolute discretion.
• 4. Any person who wishes to be a Participant must:
• (a) apply to be a Participant only once; and
• (b) supply an email address.
• 5. A prospective Participant must provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• 6. Participants must be 18 years or over at the start of the Competition.
• 7. Participants are not required to make any payment to LevBet to enter the Competition. Entry to the Competition is free.
• 8. A person may only apply to join the Competition as a Participant until 23:59 GMT on 16 November 2014.
• 9. By participating in the Competition:
• (a) Participants acknowledge that the Competition is provided for information and educational purposes only;
• (b) Participants acknowledge that any information supplied in relation to the Competition applies only to the Competition, and such information should have no bearing on how a person should invest money in financial products;
• (c) Participants acknowledge that such information, as described in (a) and (b) above, does not constitute advice or recommendation of any financial products and that Participants should consider obtaining independent advice before making any financial decision;
• (d) Participants acknowledge that the Competition Rules and these terms and conditions generally, do not necessarily correspond with the actual trading requirements of LevBet, or any other financial products elsewhere;
• (e) Participants acknowledge and agree that:
• (i) LevBet neither makes nor implies any representation or warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any information produced in relation to the Competition;
• (ii) LevBet is neither responsible nor liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information or incorrect posting of quotes, whether caused by users of levbet.net or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition or by any technical or human error which may occur in the procession of submission in the Competition;
• (iii) To the extent permitted by law, no responsibility for any loss (whether in negligence or otherwise) occasioned to anyone acting or refraining from acting as a result of any information produced in relation the Competition is accepted by LevBet.
• (f) LevBet is not responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software including but not limited to failure of participant's emails on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to a participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in relation to the Competition, or Participant's inability, difficulty, or failure to access any electronic site;
• (g) Participants release and hold harmless LevBet and its directors, officers employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition or any prize(s) won.
• 10. If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of LevBet, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, LevBet reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition and/or access to the Competition at any time without any requirement for notice to Participants.
• COMPETITION RULES
• 11. Acceptance of a Participant into the Competition will be indicated by the credit of a 2000 point theoretical portfolio into the Participant's Account ("Starting Portfolio"). The Starting Portfolio is not real currency; it is a pretend figure for the purposes of the Competition only.
• 12. Participants may trade products in the Competition using their Starting Portfolio from 00:00 GMT on 16 August 2014 to 23:59 GMT on 16 November 2014.
• 13. LevBet is not obliged to correct losses to a Participant's account that result from errors in the LevBet platform.
• 14. LevBet may correct winnings in a Participant's account that result from errors in the LevBet platform.
• 15. Winnings that results from trading, referrals, or other internal promotions which run during the Competition, shall be treated equally.
• 16. Where a Starting Portfolio is reduced to nil, LevBet may, in its absolute discretion and with any amount of delay, re-credit the Participant's Account to 75% of the Starting Portfolio allowing the Participant to continue engaging with the Competition.
• 17. Participants agree that LevBet may make announcements about their individual performance, including but not being limited to where a Participant is alleged of having breached the Competition Rules or these terms and conditions.
• 18. LevBet will determine a list of the top 100 performing Participants ranked by Portfolio value as at 23:59 GMT on 16 November 2014 ("List").
• 19. In the absolute discretion of LevBet, the first three Participants on the List may each be offered a 1% stake in LevBet, such offer to be subject to such terms and conditions as LevBet sees fit.
• 20. All Particiapnts on the List, will be eligible to receive 3% off commission rates with LevBet for the first 3 months of real money trading, subject to qualifying terms and conditions.
• 21. Only Participants that have been accepted by LevBet may participate in the Competition and any Participant that allows or enables another person to engage with the Competition using that Participant's Account will be in breach of the Competition Rules and these terms and conditions and will be automatically disqualified.
• 22. LevBet may, at any time, deny entry or suspend access to the Competition, or disqualify a Participant from the Competition if LevBet:
• (a) is unable to contact the Participant; or
• (b) believes or suspects that the person engaging with the competition as a purported Participant is a person other than that Participant, and such person intends to, or has been, participating in the Competition under that false or misleading identity; or
• (c) believes or suspects that the Participant is engaging in conduct that LevBet, in its absolute discretion, deems to be cheating, including but not being limited to a person having multiple identities in the Competition.
• 23. Any person found to have been engaging with the Competition usinf multiple identities will be disqualified and ineligible from participating in any prize of the Competition.
• 24. LevBet may amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse prizes in its absolute discretion.
• 25. Directors, officers, employees, exisiting shareholders and agents (including those persons' spouses, partners, children, brothers, sisters and parents) of LevBet, and of LevBet's licensors, shall not be eligible to be included in the List nor win any prize in the Competition.
• 26. LevBet reserves the right to verify the identity of Participant's in the List and to refuse any prize in the Competition in its absolute discretion.
• GENERAL
• 27. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and each Participant agrees to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• 28. LevBet may use Participant's personal information and data together with other information for the purposes of:
• (a) setting up, operating and managing a Participant's account;
• (b) complying with LevBet's legal and regulatory duties;
• (c) building up personal profiles;
• (d) carrying out customer research, surveys and analyses;
• (e) providing Participant's with information about promotional offers and LevBet's products and services, where a Participant has consented.
